Is this a subscription?

No. It's a single one-time payment for your full report — no recurring charges, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.

What if I'm not happy with my report?

First remedy, no email needed: your report page has a box where you upload your updated CV and the whole report re-runs, free, once, within 30 days of purchase. Second: if it still misses, email support@rezycle.me within 7 days — counted from the day you receive the re-run, or from purchase if you skip it — and we refund you in full. And one thing you can check on the spot: every finding is backed by a line quoted from your own CV, or names exactly what your CV leaves out. If one does neither, you get a full refund.

Is my resume data kept private and secure?

Yes. For the free scan, your resume isn't stored beyond generating that result. For paid reports, a short excerpt is kept in our payment processor's records for up to 90 days so we can resend or regenerate your report if needed, then it's automatically purged. You can request immediate deletion any time at support@rezycle.me.

Does this work for non-US or non-English resumes?

The audit works with resumes in any language. It reads your CV the way an automated screen does — section structure, keywords for the target role, quantified results — rather than being tied to any one vendor’s system. If your target market has its own conventions, mention them in your resume text and the analysis takes them into account.

Why does ATS/keyword formatting even matter?

Because most resumes never get read in full.
